French cuisine with a twist, surrounded by vineyards in the northern hills of the valley and boasting wonderful views of Mt. Fuji. The 220-year-old building is a former mountain lodge that was dismantled and rebuilt on this plot. One chef and one set course, made from local ingredients and fish straight from the coast of Shizuoka. No children under 12.
